Homer Stole Our Hearts!

In 2015, my wife and I were introduced to Homer through the U.S. Coast Guard--our son-in-law's first post.  We fell in love with the community, the people, and the spirit of this town.  That's why we chose to make Homer our Forever Home.

Homer Works Hard--So Should City Hall

Homer is a busy, pioneering community.  With so much energy going into work, family and local life, there's little time to monitor city government.  That's why you deserve leadership that's transparent, efficient, and focused on the essentials--so you can stay focused on what matters most...to you.

Shaping Policy:

in Homer and the State

In my time in Homer, I've actively participated in state and local public policy forums.

At the local level, I've engaged directly with the city's future vision. This included offering both written and oral testimony to the Homer City Council and Homer Planning Commission on the 2045 Comprehensive Plan Update.

I also delivered a workshop presentation and submitted testimony to the Homer Port and Harbor Commission regarding the proposed harbor expansion.

Additionally, I've provided testimony and presentations to the Homer Electric Association Board of Directors.

At the state level, I've offered written and oral testimony on various House and Senate bills before the Alaska State Legislature, and submitted testimony to the Alaska Regulatory Commission.

I've been effectively representing your interests as a member of the community outside of leadership.  With your vote, I can represent you even more effectively as a member of the City Council.
